What's involved in commissioning an original painting?
Robert Lloyd has developed a commissioning process that
has proved to be extremely popular with clients. His first
action is to produce an initial layout sketch from photographs
or builder’s plans for the client’s approval.

Then, when the painting is completed, the client is invited
to view it on site or to receive a full colour proof so
that any required changes can be made. Finally, the finished
painting is delivered to the client either unframed or framed
to museum standard in solid wood or antique gilt.

A large format transparency of the finished painting is
also supplied, with complete freedom of copyright, and any
quantity of high quality greetings cards, calendars or signed,
limited edition prints can be produced at very competitive
prices and to individual specification.

Robert's painting are particularly popular with Shipyards,
ship managers and owners among others for use as gifts at
naming ceremonies.
